 1.采用新型耐火纤维材料，真空成型的整体炉膛。电炉丝微嵌在炉膛内壁，炉温均匀，升温速度快，15分钟升到额定温度，空栽损耗低，节能，比传统电炉节能50%。

2.智能温度控制系统PID控制，控温精度高，有超温保护功能，可选配升温速率可设定的可编程序仪表。

3.采用空气隔热技术，炉体表面温升低，配有漏电保护装置，使用安全。

4.电炉与控制器一体，操作方便。
