AThe Importance of Transparency 透明的重要性
¨All sourcing decisions will be primarily based
on the facility’s level of transparency.

¨Suppliers’ exemplary performance in complying
with other Code of Conduct standards will be
negated with just one evidence of a violation to
the transparency standards.

BStarbucks TRANSPARENCY Compliance Benchmarks
¨Suppliers must provide Starbucks with all
pertinent information about their facilities and
subcontractors (identity/physical location,
ownership, other information as maybe required).
供应商须向星巴克提供所有其设备及转包商的相关信息(名称/地址,所有权属及可能需要的其他信息)。
¨All subcontractors are on the Starbucks
approved vendor list. 所使用的转包商必须在星巴克核准的Vendor名单中。
¨Disclose any conditions that may be in conflict
with any Starbucks Code of Conduct standards of
any applicable regulations or laws.
公开任何可能与星巴克行为准则或任何适用的法律法规相冲突的情况。
¨Bribery attempts are violations to

5.2.2Commitment to Continuous Improvement 承诺不断改善
AStarbucks expects suppliers to demonstrate a
commitment to continuous improvement and engage in
the improvement process.
星巴克希望供应商能展示不断改善的决心和参与改进的过程。
5.2.3 Child Labor 童工
ASuppliers will not employ any persons under
the age of 15. 供应商不能雇用任何小于15岁的工人。
BIf local regulations stipulate compulsory
education up to an age greater than 15, those
regulations will apply during school hour.
如果当地规定义务教育年龄超过15岁,则按当地法规执行。
CProcedures for verifying workers’ ages are
effective. 采取有效核准工人年龄的程序。
5.2.4 Forced Labor 强迫劳工
A.Starbucks will not tolerate the use of forced
or involuntary labor, either directly or
indirectly, by our suppliers, contractors or
subcontractors. 星巴克不容忍供应商,承包商或转包商使用任何强迫或非自愿的劳工。
